Directions
From the North
- Take I-95 South into Delaware
- Take exit 1a (towards RT 896 South / Middletown)
- Take a right on the 4th traffic light into Pencader Corporate Plaza (onto Corporate Blvd.)
- Take a left at the first stop sign (onto Pencader Drive)
- Follow the road around the natural right turn. UCP is located on your left side, and is the second to last building in the complex.
From the South
- Take I-95 North in Maryland
- Take exit 109 for Maryland 279 N toward Newark, DE.
- Continue on the ramp and merge onto MD-279 E / Elkton Road. Continue to follow Elkton Road entering Delaware
- Turn right onto Otts Chapel Road.
- Continue onto Pleasant Valley Road
- Turn Left onto Pencader Drive. UCP is located on your right side, and is the second building in the complex.
